Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment to Quality & Safety

BioInfinity Lab is committed to delivering research-grade materials that meet the highest standards of purity and integrity. Every product ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and is handled under strict chain-of-custody protocols. The policies below reflect industry-standard safety and stability requirements for research peptides and related compounds.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• The product is in unopened condition — the plastic flip-off cap and/or tamper-evident seal on the vial remains fully intact and has not been removed, punctured, or otherwise compromised.
• The product is in its original packaging with all labels and documentation present.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect product, BioInfinity Lab will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost. To qualify:

• Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photos should clearly show the shipping label, the outer packaging condition, and the affected product(s).
• Submit evidence to support@bioinfinitylab.com along with your order number.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of mandatory safety inspections, re-certification, and processing required before any returned material can be re-evaluated. The restocking fee does not apply to orders that were damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly — those are fully covered under our Damaged or Incorrect Items policy above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products with a removed, punctured, or tampered seal (see definition above)
• Products not in their original packaging
• Products returned after 14 days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date
• Clearance, final-sale, or promotional bundle items (unless damaged in transit)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@bioinfinitylab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Include clear photographs of the product showing the intact seal and original packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with approval or further instructions.
4. If approved, ship the product back using the provided return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
5. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund (less the 15% restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
• It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), BioInfinity Lab will cover all return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BioInfinity Lab is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
